How long will it take for my Artiss furniture to be delivered?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days across Australia. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Does Artiss furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, all Artiss products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the products difficult to assemble?
Artiss furniture is designed for easy home assembly. Every product includes a detailed instruction manual and all necessary hardware. For larger items, we recommend having two people available for assembly.
