Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Approval and Labeling

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original Artiss packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
